I am a life-long advocate of mental health and has been an active participant in the mental health and addiction recovery community for over 30-years.  Often referred to as the “glue” in the neighborhood, I have an affinity for connecting, listening, understanding, and encouraging others growth to achieve emotional stability and a quality of life beyond “just settling” for status quo.
