Alex Morgan, LPC

As a counselor, it’s important to me that you feel heard, seen, and respected. There may be times in your life that you feel overwhelmed, worried, or distracted and unsure of how to get through it. Counseling can be a non-judgmental space to process and learn more about yourself and your world. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to teach you effective skills to confidently make the changes you wish to see. The majority of my clinical experience has been working with adolescents and young adults with anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and trauma. Through the therapeutic process, growth and healing are possible!
