Life continually places challenges before us, but it is how we meet those challenges that will define who we are. People come to therapy for a variety of reasons, some with specific issues, others with broader questions about who they are and where their lives are headed.
My practice integrates strength-based, solution focused methods with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and family systems. A strength-based solution focused approach means that we will be looking for ways to address your concerns that build upon your strengths and capabilities.
None of us exists is isolation, but rather in relation to our families, spouses, loved ones and friends. We are all interconnected, and this interconnectedness gives us purpose and meaning, and also challenges to overcome. I work with individuals, couples and families.
It is essential that you feel comfortable expressing yourself and communicating openly. My methods are personalized and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I will offer guidance and support as you achieve each of your goals and reach success.
