Victoria Piskac, MSW, LSW, LICDC

Sometimes life just feels hard. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of a supportive space to sort through what they’re carrying. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or career stress, while others are adjusting to new roles such as becoming a caregiver, managing a health condition, or facing changes in relationships. I also support individuals exploring patterns of generational trauma, women navigating unique pressures like balancing career and family or life stage transitions, adults with ADHD, and older adults adapting to changes in health or independence.
My goal is to offer a space that feels warm, steady, and genuine. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale and be yourself without fear of judgment. I also like to bring humor into sessions when it feels appropriate, as it can bring a little relief and help us see challenges from a different angle. Together, we can make sense of what’s going on, uncover how past experiences may be shaping the present, find practical ways to cope, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and true to you.
Outside of my work, I find joy in simple, grounding moments like gardening, getting lost in a good book, sitting around a campfire, and spending time with my pets. Those quiet spaces of connection and reflection are meaningful to me, and I strive to bring that same sense of steadiness and care into the work I do with clients.

My Website Bio: I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are. My approach to counseling is eclectic and I want to help clients achieve their goals in whatever way works best for them. I don’t think healing has to feel formal or intimidating. In our work together, you can expect real conversations, gentle curiosity, and a supportive space where your feelings are welcome. Life can be messy, confusing, and overwhelming at times, and therapy is where we make sense of it together. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can breathe a little deeper, understand yourself a little better, and feel a little less alone.
