Life is a complex experience and can feel overwhelming and even a bit hopeless at times. I provide clients with a space filled with patience, compassion, and respect where they can explore vulnerable emotions, safely process experiences and past traumas, and sift through internalized societal messages. As clients deepen their insight, I work collaboratively with them to build new narratives, gain clarity of their values, enrich their self-esteem, and expand their catalog of coping skills. We don’t always get to choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond, that makes you the author of your next chapter.
I utilize a variety of modalities to creatively support clients experiencing concerns in the areas of anxiety, depression, multicultural and race, gender and sexuality, self-esteem, trauma, life transition, relationship issues, and chronic illnesses. I provide counseling services to individuals ages 8+, couples, and families in person in Brecksville, Ohio, and Stow, Ohio, and via telehealth. Practicing under the supervision of Jennifer Waugh Ph.D., LPCC-S in the state of OH.
