Treatment Philosophy
I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative approach where I see my clients through a holistic lens. I understand that we all have our own stories, strengths, and needs. I believe that my clients are the experts in their life, and my role as your counselor is to walk alongside you through it all. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered and sometimes challenged! My hope is that through our work together you will connect with your authentic self, process vulnerable emotions and experiences, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your goals towards healing. I use integrative, evidence-based practices to support clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and identity exploration.
