Jordan Frederick, LPC

I believe that creating a non-judgemental, accepting, and genuine environment is crucial to the therapeutic process. I believe the role therapy plays is to bring a deeper sense of understanding, compassion, and growth both within the self and relationships. My primary experience is within the work of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, behavioral concerns, ADHD, grief, and adjustments ranging within childhood through adulthood. I have my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. Though I do have additional training within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I do not believe that one size fits all, therefore I use multiple therapeutic modalities within my work.
