Treatment Philosophy

I provide professional and clinical yet deeply personal services searching for patterns, connections, and meaning in my client’s actions and relationships. I believe therapy is a unique space and the relationship between client and counselor fosters honesty, care, and exploration, guiding people towards sustained growth and change. I use trauma informed care concepts, supported by research and holistic client conceptualization, with integration of DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, art-assisted and gestalt interventions to hold a dynamic, flexible approach when working with clients. From a multicultural and feminist lens, I aim to create a treatment space inclusive and considerate of client identities and experiences. Being a therapist is my occupation but most importantly my passion!

What to expect

In our work, expect to be challenged to explore and reflect by a therapist who strives every session to understand and utilize your past and present experiences to create personalized interventions for lasting emotional and psychological change. I play an active part in each session to encourage reflection and discovery for each client. I would love to create and share a space for us to explore your past and present and empower you to grow!
