Hello! I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable and retaxed environment for clients to work through the difficult parts of life in. I believe authenticity and showing up as a human is incredibly important for both therapists and clients. I utilize a holistic approach when meeting my ellents to understand how all areas of their life are impacting their mental health, and an eclectic approach in my counseling style, utilizing the interventions that work best with each client on an individual level. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Ohio. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life adjustments, behavioral struggles, relationship dynamics, and ADHD.
Populations:
8+ through adulthood. Primary experience with early childhood and teens.
