Ayla Danes, BA, CT
I see therapy as a collaborative journey—a path we walk together toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I work with individuals and couples, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. I draw from a variety of practices, including strengths-based work, person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also enjoy weaving in elements of existential therapy, helping explore meaning, values, and purpose in life. I work with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions and stressors.
I believe counseling should be a rewarding and empowering experience, one that builds confidence and supports lasting change. I also understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming.
By finding your way to this page, you’ve already begun that process. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and schedule a time for us to connect—and together, we can take the next steps on your journey.
