Welcome! I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find greater emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful change in their lives. In therapy, I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences, goals, and values. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to create achievable goals and lasting positive change. Most of my clinical experience has been with primarily with children, adolescents, and adults. Every person’s journey is different, and I am committed to empowering you with the tools and support necessary to overcome obstacles.
