I am a licensed independent social worker (LISW) in Ohio. I received my Masters from Case Western Reserve University in 2021. I have experience working with adults of all ages with life transitions, role changes, end of life and grief. I utilize an eclectic toolbox of modalities including mindfulness, somatic therapies, CBT and EMDR to help clients achieve their unique goals.
I love tending my garden, reading fantasy novels, and studying astrology. I am a reiki practitioner and a lover of all animals. I believe in having a rich life full of curiosity. Life is a never ending journey of learning and my clients are my greatest teachers!
